Oon the outbreak of the War, H.E. Sir Henry May, Governor of HoryKong, appointed me Marshal of the Prize boust and with the assistance of M1⁄2 J. H. Kemp, the attorney General, I organized the Prize Court both in its legal & financial aspects,

at my disposal for the management of the Court, Prize Ships Crews and other incidentals relating thereto.
